解决办法： 

/usr/local/mysql/libexec/mysqld: Table 'mysql.plugin' doesn't exist 

问题应该出在这里！重新初始化下数据库看下能否解决问题！ 
# /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql_install_db --user=mysql 

问题已解决！
