ASM LUN addition SOP:
1. Run the DBCA,
2. select the ASM diskgroup,
3. click on "Show All", you'll see the the new disk is listed as MEMBER (header status) but not allocated to any Disk Group.
4. Select the disk you want to add
5. (optional) Tick the "Force" option for the disk. (If New disk is already shown as MEMBER , and getting ORA-15032 and ORA-15075 during adding the disk to diskgroup)
