 To increase the number of nfsd threads started, you can set a variable in the /etc/sysconfig/nfs file:

RPCNFSDCOUNT=128

後記, 後來發現不是RPCNFSDCOUNT的問題，是NAS Server上面linux bonding有問題(bonding mode 6 , 還須改為其他mode測試看看)
